Dean has over 20 years’ experience in a management position, from small business to General Manager.
While in the tree industry he has completed his Certificate III in Arboriculture.
Dean is keen to ensure best work practices and standards are carried out no matter the size of the job.
Dean is active in overseeing daily business activities, improving overall business functions, training, managing budgets, developing strategic plans, creating policies, and communicating business goals.
Richard
Operation Manager
Richard is a highly Motivated Operation Manager who has been in the industry for the past 12 years.
Richard has completed his Certificate III in Arboriculture and loves the challenge of organising the crew to completed the works in a safe and timely manner.
Dave
Senior Arborist
Dave has worked in horticulture and arboriculture for around 40 years. Qualified to diploma level in both industries, his knowledge of local trees and plant species is extensive.
As a successful business owner, Dave started out with his own tree care business, quickly gaining a reputation for the quality of work and professional attitude. Joining the Tree Guild of WA, our industry body, (currently Arboricultural Association of Western Australia), he joined the committee, then stepped up to take on the role of vice president. Now employed as a full-time consulting arborist for Treeswest Australia, his duties include: assessing trees for hazards, and writing reports; identifying pests and diseases, and recommending treatments. Acting as a project arborist for civil companies on state and federally funded projects, from inception to completion.

Neilson
Team Leader
Neilson has been in the arbour industry since 2015 and enjoys the challenges that come with the job. Neilson completed his Certificate III in Arboriculture and is one of WA’s best climbers, he enjoys removing or pruning difficult trees.
Jamie
Team Leader
After studying and working throughout the world in the Arboriculture industry, Jamie has learnt many techniques when removing or pruning trees. He is a competent climber and enjoys the challenges of tree works.
Matt
Stump Grinder
Matt is diligent and keen to ensure customer service is second to none. Often Matt will be the last face you see from Treeswest, so it is important that he ensures you are satisfied.
Tamara
Administration Officer
Tamara has over 10 years’ experience working in Administrative and Customer Service positions. Tamara is the first point of contact and is willing to go out of her way to satisfy the need of the clients.
